Training Breakdown
GROUND TRAINING
Your instructor will cover the fundamental knowledge required to safely operate a complex aircraft equipped with retractable landing gear, a constant speed propeller, and flaps. After this ground training, you will understand the theory and operation of complex aircraft systems.
FLIGHT TRAINING
VFA’s Piper Arrow III is an exceptional training aircraft. Built to be forgiving yet provide more performance than other trainers, this aircraft is an excellent aircraft to learn how to operate complex systems such as retractable landing gear, constant speed propellers, or the latest avionics.
INSTRUCTOR ENDORSEMENT
Once your instructor is satisfied with your knowledge, decision making, and flying skills, you will be endorsed to operate complex aircraft.
